Hi, I'm Javier Turegano. I have 20 years of experience in technology, first as an engineer and consultant, and later leading engineering teams in high-growth, innovative multinational companies.
I have led local and remote teams across 9 countries, working in product, platform, and infrastructure contexts with a constant focus on people, culture, and outcomes.
My work sits at the intersection of technical depth and organizational design — scaling teams, reducing cognitive load, and building cultures where engineers grow into leaders.

I’m passionate about continuous learning and the communities that grow around shared knowledge.
Over the years, I’ve been actively involved in building and contributing to tech communities, collaborating with practitioners and leaders across Engineering, DevOps, Platforms and Agile ways of working. This includes speaking at conferences and meetups internationally, contributing as a trainer for emerging technology leaders, and participating in initiatives that help shape and grow the broader engineering ecosystem.
I regularly share experiences and lessons from my work in leadership, engineering effectiveness, and organizational scaling, with a focus on practical, real-world application rather than theory alone.
