I have spent more than 20 years in tech, from engineer and tech lead in Spain to Director of Engineering in Australia at REA Group, Salesforce and Canva, leading teams across nine countries. Much of that work was helping Senior Engineers grow into Staff roles. This bootcamp brings together what worked.
