Testimonials
Eva Maria de Vena
Senior Engineer at Barrabes
The bootcamp impressed me. We didn’t just cover theory; we worked through real, practical situations. Javier shared a wealth of valuable resources to keep learning on our own, created a safe and collaborative environment, and adapted the content to our interests. His passion is contagious. I left motivated and ready to apply what I learned in my leadership role. If you’re looking for a real boost to your career or wondering if this role is for you, this workshop is the answer.

Engineering Manager at Mediasmart
This bootcamp was a turning point in my career as an Engineering Manager. It addresses the exact training needs of those of us starting in the role, which we often take on without proper preparation. The course not only put me on the right track but also gave me many resources to keep growing as a leader. All of this with Javier, an exceptional instructor who conveys his leadership skills like few others. I fully recommend it to any EM who has the chance to attend.
